What is Spyier?
Spyier is a phone and tablet monitoring app. It's stealthy and allows you to track the target device's activity from any web browser. It's mainly used by parents to keep tabs on their children. It also has other uses like employee supervision. Some of our users also use the app to catch cheating partners and spouses. The app can monitor devices running on both iOS and Android.
How does the Spyier Android app work?
For target Android devices, Spyier is a 2MB app. You need to download it and then install it on the target device. The app runs in the background, recording everything occuring on the phone. It then transmits the information to your dashboard via the internet. You can access the recorded data via any web browser.
You can use Spyier for Android without root, which makes it an advanced app, not to mention easy to install. Most of Spyier's features work without root. You have the option to hide Spyier after it's been installed. The app icon disappears. Spyier will then run in the background without draining the battery or slowing down the phone, making it impossible to detect.
The app auto updates, so you'll only have to access the target Android phone once to get Spyier working. You can also uninstall it remotely with a single click. What about if you want to install Spyier on an iOS device? Read FAQs for Non-Jailbroken Target Devices for details.
Can I use Spyier from anywhere?
'You can use Spyier remotely from any smartphone or PC web browser, yes. Essentially, you can monitor any device in the world — provided it has a compatible operating system and is linked to a carrier network. Spyier will also work on target devices with consistent online access.'
What Android versions is Spyier compatible with?
You can use Spyier with phones or tablets running on Android 4.0 and up.
Do I have to register an account with Spyier before I can start using it?
Yes, you need a Spyier account first. It's where installation instructions will be sent. And you need the account to access the Spyier control panel.
Will the target Android device have a visible Spyier icon in the app drawer?
It won't have an icon if you choose to hide it. After you've set up Spyier, you're given the choice to hide the app from the phone and run it in stealth mode. If you choose to hide it, the Spyier app icon disappears from the app drawer as well as the installed apps list. Spyier will run in the background without the user knowing.
Is Spyier legal?
The app itself is 100% legal, yes. But using the app may have some restrictions in your country. We recommend you check your local laws. It's legal in the US to use Spyier to monitor underage children or company devices issued to employees. Also, Spyier can be used to monitor your personal devices. Finally, you can even monitor your spouse if they give you permission. Always check local laws before using Spyier.
Can Spyier be installed remotely?
That depends on the target platform. Spyier can't be installed remotely on target Android devices. However, you'll be able to install it on target non-jailbroken iOS devices.
How do I install Spyier on a target Android device?
It's very easy. You can use your smartphone or PC to install Spyier. Note that you'll need brief physical access to the target device to get the app up and running.
You don't need to root the target device. Spyier can monitor Android phones and tablets without root. You may get extra features if you root, although we don't generally recommend rooting.
First, ensure that the "Allow installs from unkown sources" option has been ticked on the target device. You'll find the option in the Android Settings menu.
Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is enabled on the target device. That's it! You've installed the app successfully. Log in to your Spyier account from any other device to start monitoring.
How do I uninstall Spyier on Android?
You can choose to uninstall Spyier with a single click from the dashboard. Alternatively, go to Phone Settings > Security on the monitored device. Tap on Device Administrators > Update Service > Deactivate. Then, go back to the Settings menu. Here, go to Apps > Update Service. Find Spyier and tap on Uninstall.
How can I monitor the target device?
Log in to your Spyier account from any PC or phone web browser. You'll get access to the Spyier control panel. You can remotely monitor the target device from here. The dashboard offers an overview of the phone activity, while the selection panel on the left of the dashboard gives you access to various features.
How do I pay for Spyier's services?
You can use any of the usual standard payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and other major cards. Use PayPal, JCB, and Giropay to make international payments. In some cases, we also accept vendor-to-vendor, purchase, and fax orders.
The payment options available to you will vary based on your current country of residence.
Will my bank statement say something about Spyier?
No! After you order Spyier, the transaction listing won't carry the "Spyier" name. The Spyier developers will be listed instead. We know some of our users want to use Spyier confidentially.
What happens after I make a purchase?
After you make a purchase, you'll get an order confirmation in your inbox. It's instant. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam folder. If there's a delay, wait for an hour before contacting us.
We'll also send you a welcome email, it'll be instant too. It include your login information, a Spyier installation guide, and directions on how to access the control panel afterward.
What if I need a refund?
How often does Spyier update the monitoring log?
Spyier updates the data log every 24 hours for target non-rooted and non-jailbroken devices. For rooted or jailbroken devices, you can choose the update frequency, which can be as little as 10 minutes.
Be aware, though, the more the update frequency, the larger the battery drain. We recommend setting the update frequency to once every half a dozen hours at the most. It's the least suspicious option.
Does the device I want to monitor need an internet connection?
Yes, it does. Spyier sends you data updates via the internet. It doesn't need to be constant access, but you only get new data after the phone connects to a WiFi or phone network.
How many devices can I monitor?
You can monitor a single device if you purchase the Premium plan. If you purchase a different plan like Family, you can monitor multiple devices. Check your plan's details. To monitor more devices, purchase a new plan.
Do I have to jailbreak a target iPhone to install Spyier?
Spyier will work without jailbreak. You get access to the contacts, call log, WhatsApp data, GPS location, calendar events, and messages. Note that Spyier also works with jailbroken devices and may offer extra features, depending on the OS.
Will the jailbreak process void the warranty? Is there is a way how I can reverse the process?
You will void the warranty on your device if you jailbreak it. Yes, jailbreaking is reversible. Apple may still repair your damaged device if you reverse the process. Note: You won't have to worry about voiding the warranty if you use Spyier, seeing as it's a no-jailbreak solution.
What is rooting for an Android device?
Rooting is the process to get root or administrator-level access to the Android operating system. Spyier may need extra permissions to give you access to some advanced features like geofencing. It's not necessary, though.
How can I see if any monitoring software has been installed on my device?
There are no surefire ways to tell if monitoring software is installed on your phone or tablet. Check your storage for suspicious files. Observe your phone and check if it behaves erratically, including sudden restarts, slow downs, and too-fast battery drain. These symptoms say a spy app is on your phone. We recommend a factory reset to get rid of it.
Can you help me with finding a phone by its number so I can find a lost phone?
We won't be able to help you directly. But if Spyier was installed on the lost device, you may be able to trace its current location from the Locations tab. Alternatively, find the IMEI number in the SIM card menu and get in touch with your carrier.
