What is Spyier for iOS?
Spyier for iOS is a phone & tablet monitoring solution. It allows you to keep track of any phone or tablet remotely from your web browser. You can see what's happening on the phone, essentially.
Spyier for iOS is fully-web based. That means you don't need to download or install any app. You just need the target iPhone's iCloud credentials. Because there is no app download involved, Spyier is 100% discreet.

How does Spyier for iOS work?
Spyier works via the iCloud backup of the target iPhone or iPad. It connects to the iCloud account linked to the target device, as opposed to the device itself. As soon as new information is uploaded to the iCloud account, Spyier copies it and shares it with you.
Note: Spyier will provide you with updates once every 24 hours.
Note: In case your target device did not backup any iCloud data recently, Spyier won't be able to give you any updates.

Which features do I get with the non-jailbroken version of Spyier?
The no-jailbreak Spyier solution offers multiple features: Contacts, Call Logs, Text Messages(including iMessages), Browser History, Calendars, WhatsApp, LINE, GPS Location, Installed Applications, App Photos, and App Videos.
Will you offer more features on the non-jailbroken version in the future?
We have plans in the works, yes. Our developers are always hard at work trying to find workarounds to Apple's iOS. We hope to offer Facebook, Snapchat, Skype, Hangouts, Instagram, Viber access in the near future, among other things.
When should I select the "BackUp Now" option in "Settings > iCloud > Storage and BackUp?"? Do I have to do this every time I want Spyier to provide me with updated info?
Tap/select it only once when connecting the target device to your account. You won't ever have to do it again. After that, the dashboard data will be updated automatically every 24 hours.
When do I get updated monitoring data from Spyier?
The update interval depends on the update interval set on the target device. Spyier makes information available to you as soon as it's uploaded to iCloud. The default is 24 hours. If you have access to the target device, use the Settings>iCloud>Backup>Back Up Now option to instant sync with the Spyier-linked iCloud account (minimum 1 hour after previous updates).
What do I do if the Spyier dashboard data isn't being updated?
• Check to see if iCloud Backup is enabled on the target device.
• Ensure the target device is connected to Wi-Fi.
• See if the target device is turned on and plugged in.
• Unlock the target device if it's locked and try again.
• Set all iCloud backup selections to green.
Without the prerequisites mentioned above, Spyier can't fetch you new updates.
Also, note that when you install Spyier for the first time, you need to switch on iCloud Backup manually to avoid future problems with auto-updates.
Can I monitor several iCloud backups under 1 subscription?
It depends on what plan you bought. If you bought the Premium version of Spyier, you'll only be able to monitor one target device/iCloud backup. This is the device you set up during the installation.
With the Family and Business versions of Spyier, you can monitor several devices at once.
What do I do if the phone doesn't connect to the target iCloud account?
In case the target iCloud account doesn't get linked to Spyier, please recheck the login credentials.
Note: Allow Spyier at least 15 minutes to sync up with the iCloud. Sometimes a server hitch may cause it to take longer than usual.
What happens if I turn off "iCloud Backup" in "Settings>iCloud"?
It'll stop Spyier from fetching new updates. But you'll still be able to access the old data/updates on your account.
Can I get my money back for the non-jailbroken version of Spyier?

I tried everything but I still can't get any backup data. What do I do?
Check to see if Apple's two-factor authentication is enabled. Spyier won't work with that enabled at present. You may be able to disable this option on stock iOS devices. It's even easier on jailbroken devices.
